Postpartum Doula Care
'Mother with Children' by Arnold Peter Weisz-Kubincan
The postpartum time, whether it follows your fist birth or your fourth, is sacred. When the postpartum time is well supported and treated as a ceremony, the birthing person is free to celebrate the power of their body and spirit.
A nourishing postpartum sets up the whole family for success. I envision the postpartum as a time of deep rest and bonding with your new family configuration. I can support you during the postpartum time with plant baths and steams, nourishing teas and foods, deep listening, baby care, and facilitation of rituals that honor your postpartum traditions and the traditions of birth givers before you.
I approach each family with a wealth of knowledge, resources and guidance so that you can focus on healing and bonding with your baby. Each visit is designed to leave you feeling well-cared-for and nourished, fed, and resilient. As you get to know your baby and transform into the parent you’re becoming, I am honored to share this experience with you and create a space that feels calm, comforting, and full of joy.
This is postpartum doula care from the heart.
